Charitable Organizations

Email Tip 

When sending or replying to emails use a signature that includes your company name, web site address and phone number.  In our world of conveniences, we quickly pull up an email on our computer, Blackberry, PDA or iPhone, why not make it that much easier for someone to contact you or give out your contact information when pulling up your email.

So often we receive emails from videographers, whom I might just give a quick call or I want to refer them for a job, but they sign their email with only their name and no contact information.  You never know where your next referral will come from, always include your contact information  within your email signature. It just makes good business sense.
